PS Holding Sp. z o.o. is an accounting office operating in Poland since 2003, specialized in providing Polish and foreign companies of various business profiles (corporations, private companies, proprietorships, foundations, foreign companies branches, representative offices, etc) with accountancy and tax records, personnel department and payroll services. PS Holding Sp. z o.o. was registered in District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under number 0000177101 in 2003. Registered seat and office of our company is Warsaw (04-087) at ul. Igańska 24. Members of the Board are: Piotr Szarkowski (President of the Board, holder of license No 6346/97 issued by Minister of Finances of the Republic of Poland authorizing him to render accounting services) and Małgorzata Szmirkowska (Proxy). At the moment we are hiring 14 accountants with many-year experience and English literacy. We cooperate with reputed law firms and auditors. We are an efficient company, hiring highly-qualified employees with certified professional skills and licenses – independent accountants with many-year practice in accountancy, finance, HR and payrolls as well administrative staff. Our priority is quality of rendered services, for which we bear full responsibility and which are individually tailored for our clients to meet their needs and expectations and assure tax safety at the same time. To ensure the highest quality of our services we cooperate with lawyers, tax advisors and expert auditors. Our office operates under obligatory civil liability cover under governing law. Moreover, we are holders of extended civil liability of much wider scope than the obligatory basic one.
